Tretiwell Gel 0.1% reduces excessive oil production of the skin. Ideally, a pinpoint application at nighttime is recommended for the duration prescribed by your doctor. The amount you need and for how long you need to take it will depend on what you are being treated for. You should normally wash and dry the affected area before applying a thin layer of this medicine. Follow your doctor’s instructions. You should not apply it to damaged or broken skin and avoid contact with your mouth, eyes, and nose. It may take several weeks for your symptoms to improve but keep using it regularly to get the most benefit. Consult your doctor again if you do not notice any improvement after a few weeks. Using more medicine or applying it more often than prescribed will not make it work any faster and may increase the side effects.
The most common side effects include irritation, dryness, and redness of the skin. They are usually mild and improve as your body gets used to the medicine. Drink plenty of water and use moisturizer as it may lead to dryness of the mouth, lips, and eyes. Let your doctor know if these side effects bother you or do not go away. Serious side effects with this medicine are rare.
This medicine may make you more sensitive to sunlight so you should limit exposure to the sun if possible. It may make your skin more fragile. It is advised, not to have any waxing (hair removal), or laser treatments during treatment. Pregnant women or women who are planning to get pregnant should not use this medicine as it can lead to birth defects.

I switched to Tretiwell Gel 0.1% after using another tretinoin brand, and this has worked much better for me. The gel spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and has noticeably reduced my fine lines and sun spots while keeping breakouts under control. I did experience a bit of peeling and redness in the beginning, so I started with alternate nights and lots of sunscreen during the day, which helped a lot. After consistent use, my skin looks brighter, pores appear smaller, and makeup goes on much more smoothly. I’m really happy with the results and plan to keep this in my routine long term.

I’ve been using Tretiwell Gel 0.1% for a little over three months, and the difference in my skin is remarkable. My stubborn hormonal acne has flattened out, old marks are slowly fading, and my overall texture looks much smoother and clearer. There was some dryness and purging in the first few weeks, but once I paired it with a gentle cleanser and a good moisturizer, my skin adjusted well. Now I use a pea-sized amount at night, and I wake up with skin that looks more even and less oily through the day. Totally worth the patience and the initial adjustment period.

I’ve been using Tretiwell Gel 0.05% for about a month and it’s cleared up my hormonal acne better than anything else I’ve tried. A little drying at first, but totally manageable with a good moisturizer. Great results with consistent use!

If I could give this 100 stars I would. I was very hesitant to switch brands and even try a gel. But this product is literally magic. It has transformed my skin, I was using a different brand and I’ve seen the most changes using this in the short amount of time than I did months using my other. I have already reordered and will continue to.

I’ve been using Tretiwell Gel 0.1% for a while now, and I must say, it has truly transformed my skin. Initially, I was skeptical, but after consistent use, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my skin texture and overall appearance. The gel has effectively reduced signs of photoaging, improved skin brightness, and minimized the visibility of wrinkles and fine lines. I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with aging skin concerns. It’s a game changer!
